Refund Policy – Nileora

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition received

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

  • Free of wear, stains, or damage

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked “non-refundable” on the product page


2. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or replacement item?
We offer exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

If the requested product is out of stock, we can issue a refund or store credit instead.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our end (wrong or defective item).


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide photos and a brief description of the issue

  3. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Nileora is not responsible for lost return packages.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Then contact your credit card company

  • Next contact your bank
